Number 4 finish stainless steel, commonly referred to as "satin" finish, is a general-purpose bright polish that is the most popular choice for architectural applications .

A ‘No 4’ surface is produced by cutting the surface with abrasive belts or wet polishing to remove a very small amount of metal without affecting its thickness. This is a ground unidirectional finish obtained with 240 grit abrasive. It is not highly reflective, but is a good general purpose finish on components which will suffer from fairly rough handling in service.

Titanium stainless steel sheets are colored through a PVD process. The physical vapor deposition allows the color to be bright, even and extremely resistant.

Titanium coated stainless steel sheets are supplied as per sample in our catalogue. Any small difference in the color and in the brightness are due to the different reflection of the raw material.
Colors are purely indicative and cannot be considered as control samples.
Colored sheets have a 3/8 inch margin alongside their width and length, that cannot be used if it remains in sight.
